People Are Comparing Biden’s ‘Junkyard’ Dog to Trump’s Hero Dog

According to the mainstream media, former President Donald Trump was a dog-hating monster whereas President Joe Biden is a lover of unity and animals.

News on Tuesday that Biden’s German shepherds were banished from the White House after biting a security officer did little to shake the prevailing narrative.

The counter-narrative: Conservative commentators, however, have told a contrary story on Twitter — comparing Biden’s misbehaving mutt, Major, to Trump’s celebration of Conan, the hero dog who helped kill the leader of ISIS.

Newsmax host Greg Kelly claimed vindication for last month saying Biden’s older dog, Champ, looks like he came “from the junkyard” and “needs a bath and a comb and all kinds of love and care.”

Seth Mandel, the executive editor of the Washington Examiner, took a historical view of presidential dogs — and declared Teddy Roosevelt’s the greatest of all time.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki, meanwhile, said Major will not be euthanized for the biting incident and both dogs will “soon” return to the premises, possibly along with a new cat.
