Mark McCloskey has given “tremendous respect” to the man who went viral for pointing a pistol at a group of protesters outside a Louisville, Kentucky restaurant over the weekend.

Game recognizes game: McCloskey — famed for waving an AR-15 at Black Lives Matter marchers at his St. Louis home last June — told Fox News of his admiration for the unidentified diner.

  • “He’s got my tremendous respect,” McCloskey said. “I’ve been saying for 10 months now that that’s what everybody needs to do. They’ve got to stand up for their rights and not get bullied – and that’s what the Second Amendment is there for.”
  • “Boy, that guy’s a champion,” he added.

According to McCloskey, Americans can no longer count on the government or the press to come to their defense against violent activists.

  • “The media mob will kill you if the armed mob does not,” he said.
