YTUARTE: Conservatives hailed the Uvalde resident for confronting Beto O’Rourke after the Democratic Texas gubernatorial candidate interrupted a briefing on Tuesday’s local elementary school shooting. Two of Ytuarte’s cousins were shot by the gunman, and one of them died.
