During a televised signing ceremony at the White House on Tuesday, President Joe Biden struggled for a full 15 seconds to put a pen in his jacket pocket.
Eventually, Biden gave up and stuck the pen in a pocket of his pants.
- The president then used different pens to sign four executive orders as part of his “racial equity agenda.”
Biden, 78, is the oldest-ever president of the United States.
