Fox Host Says ‘Very Cowardly’ SCOTUS Lacked ‘Courage’ to Hear Pennsylvania Voter Fraud Case

Fox Business host Lou Dobbs on Tuesday criticized the Supreme Court for declining to take up Republicans’ attempt to overturn Joe Biden’s election victory in Pennsylvania.

The video: “Well, the Supreme Court demurred,” said Dobbs. “Courage lacking, And the will to stand up for the Constitution now very much in question.”

During an interview with one of the GOP’s lawyers in the case, Dobbs took another shot at the nation’s highest court.

  • “The order doesn’t have a signature, doesn’t say anything except referring it to the court,” he said. “I mean, it really looks awful for them not to have said anything, to have not been enlightening in any way. It’s downright frustrating, but it’s also very cowardly on the part, it seems to me, of the court.”

Dobbs has passionately supported President Donald Trump’s unproven claims that the election was “stolen” from him.

  • In recent days, he has said Republicans are “gutless” and Attorney General Bill Barr is potentially “compromised” based on their failures to fight harder for the president.

The ruling: In a one-sentence order earlier on Tuesday, the Supreme Court justices turned down the emergency GOP request to decertify Pennsylvania’s election results.

  • No dissents were noted in the decision.

Trump’s legal challenges of the election results have been repeatedly rejected by lower courts.

  • This was the first time the Supreme Court weighed in and the first ruling of any kind on the election that included Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

Also Tuesday, every state but Wisconsin met the “safe harbor” deadline for votes to be certified, effectively locking in Biden’s Electoral College win.
