President Joe Biden’s joke at the Coast Guard Academy’s graduation ceremony this week appears to have been lifted from then-President Ronald Reagan’s address to the cadets in 1988.

Now: Biden flubbed the punch line during his speech in New London, Connecticut, on Wednesday and then complained about the lack of applause.
